刪除帳號與資料Delete your account and data

本頁說明如何刪除「社群收藏管理器」（Social Collector，開發者：哩賣亂工作室）的帳號與相關資料。你隨時可以提出，不需要說明原因。

如何申請刪除

1. 用你登入 App 的 Google 帳號所屬的信箱，寄信到 [email protected]。
2. 主旨寫「刪除帳號」，內文寫明你登入用的 Google 帳號電子郵件地址。
3. 我們會回信確認是本人，並在收到信後 30 天內完成刪除，完成後再回信通知。

會刪除哪些資料

存放在開發者所管理資料庫（Firebase Firestore）的資料，會全部刪除：

• 會員資料：顯示名稱、電子郵件、方案與到期日、邀請碼與邀請紀錄。
• 個人檔案資料。
• 好友關係與待回覆的好友邀請。
• 你建立的共編資料夾與你在共編資料夾裡新增的內容。
• 你建立的分享連結及其內容快照。
• 「聯繫我們」的對話紀錄。
• 後端保存的 Google 授權憑證、「連線 AI 助理」的連線金鑰紀錄，以及到期提醒寄送紀錄。

不在我們手上、需要你自己處理的資料

• 你的收藏、筆記與分類：預設只存在你的裝置與你自己的 Google 雲端硬碟，開發者無法存取，也無法替你刪除。你可以在 App 內刪除，或到 Google 雲端硬碟刪除備份檔 社群收藏管理器-backup.json。
• 授權：在 App 內按「登出」，後端保存的授權憑證會立即刪除並向 Google 撤銷。你也可以到 Google 帳戶的第三方存取權移除「社群收藏管理器」。

可能保留的資料與期限

• 付款訂單紀錄：訂單編號、登入帳號識別碼與電子郵件、方案別、金額、訂單狀態、藍新交易序號與付款時間，不含任何信用卡資料。這些紀錄用於對帳、退費與履行稅務、會計等法令義務，因此在法令要求的期間內會保留，期限屆滿後刪除，且不會用於其他用途。信用卡資料由藍新金流依其規定與相關法令保存，我們不接觸。
• 除上述以外，刪除完成後不保留其他個人資料。

只想刪部分資料

不想刪除整個帳號的話，可以在 App 內自行刪除已分享的資料夾、分享連結與留言，也可以來信告訴我們想刪除哪一部分。

Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and related data for Social Collector, operated by 哩賣亂工作室. You can ask at any time, with no reason needed.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the address of the Google account you use to sign in.
2. Use the subject "Delete my account" and state the Google account email you sign in with.
3. We will reply to confirm it is you, complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your email, and notify you when it is done.

Data we delete

Everything stored in the developer-managed database (Firebase Firestore):

• Membership data: display name, email, plan and expiry date, invite code and invite records.
• Profile data.
• Friend relationships and pending friend requests.
• Shared folders you created and the content you added to them.
• Share links you created and their content snapshots.
• Contact-us conversations.
• The Google authorization credential kept by our backend, AI assistant connection key records, and renewal reminder logs.

Data we cannot access

• Your saved items, notes and categories are stored only on your device and in your own Google Drive. We cannot access or delete them. Delete them inside the app, or delete the backup file 社群收藏管理器-backup.json from your Google Drive.
• Access permission: tapping "Sign out" in the app immediately deletes the authorization credential stored by our backend and revokes it with Google. You can also remove the app at Google Account third-party access.

Data we may retain

• Payment order records: order number, sign-in account ID and email, plan, amount, order status, NewebPay transaction number and payment time. They contain no credit card data. They are used for reconciliation, refunds and to meet tax and accounting obligations, so they are kept for the period the law requires and deleted afterwards, and are not used for any other purpose. Card data is held by NewebPay under its own terms and applicable law; we never see it.
• Apart from the above, no other personal data is kept after deletion is complete.
